Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement governs your use of paid subscription plans on the Vertexx Network Platform.

1. Subscription Plans

Vertexx Network offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features and pricing. Current plan details and pricing are displayed on the Platform's pricing page and may be updated with notice.

2. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal period.

3. Cancellation Process

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to paid features until then.

4. Billing Authorization

By subscribing, you authorize Vertexx Network to charge your payment method (processed via Stripe) for all subscription fees. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend your subscription until payment is received.

5. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will maintain access until the end of the paid period. Refunds for billing errors or exceptional circumstances may be granted at our sole discretion.

6. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal cycle.

7. Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be charged the new rate at the next renewal after the change takes effect.
