Prohibited Conduct

Fraud

Creating fake accounts, impersonating others, or engaging in any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. This includes posting fake jobs, fake events, or misrepresenting qualifications.

Harassment

Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any user will not be tolerated. This includes unwanted contact, discriminatory behavior, and hostile communications.

Illegal Activity

Using the Platform to facilitate any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, human trafficking, drug sales, or weapons trafficking, is prohibited and may be reported to authorities.

Spam

Sending unsolicited messages, posting repetitive content, or using the Platform for mass marketing without authorization is prohibited.

Copyright Infringement

Posting content that infringes on another party's intellectual property rights, including copyrighted materials, trademarks, or trade secrets, is prohibited.

Dangerous or Prohibited Content

Content that promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal substances is not permitted. Content that poses a risk to public safety will be removed immediately.

Misleading Job Posts

Job postings must accurately represent the role, compensation, requirements, and company. Posts that are deceptive about pay, duties, or conditions are prohibited.

Fake Events

Event listings must be for real events that the organizer intends to hold. Creating fake events to collect money or personal information is fraud and will result in immediate account termination.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. We may also report illegal activity to law enforcement. Users can report violations through the Platform's reporting tools.
