This Employer Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Vertexx Network Platform for posting jobs and hiring candidates.

1. Legitimate Job Postings

You represent that all job postings are for genuine, available positions. You must not post jobs that are fraudulent, misleading, or designed to collect personal information or fees from applicants.

Compensation information in job postings must be accurate where required by law. You must not misrepresent salary, benefits, or terms of employment. Where pay transparency laws apply, you must include required compensation disclosures.

4. Hiring Decisions

All hiring decisions are solely yours. Vertexx Network does not guarantee the qualifications, background, or suitability of any candidate. You are responsible for conducting your own background checks, interviews, and verification processes.

5. Non-Discrimination
